　ORGANIC ORANGE MARMALADE FROM VALENCIA

1.- OUR FARM:

Our orange farm is situated in the Zone of ?Conca de Safor? of Valencia, Spain. It is near by the Mediterranean Sea. This area is most suitable for oranges in the all of Valencia Community. Because it has microclimate (very fine whether with long hours of sunlight and never has too cold) and its suitable soil. Since 1999, it has the certification of organic farming by C.A.E.(Ecological Agriculture Committee of Spain, Valencia) Its superficies is 14 hectares approximately and it is one of most big organic orange farm in Valencia Community. We work with manure and natural products without pesticide neither chemical products of synthesis. We keep organic system perfectly in our farm therefore we have lots of animals. The migratory birds come to breed, there are hedgehogs? families, many kinds of birds, owls, wild boars, hares, etc. And we have another farm for organic vegetables. It is about twenty hectares. It will have the certification of organic farming by C.A.E. in the next year. Our farm is very familial, friendly and safety for all creatures and vegetation?s.

2.- OUR ORANGE: Our farm has best condition for oranges. So our oranges have lovely taste, beautiful colour and rich aroma. They are very sweet, juicy and good looking. Also they have a lot of vitamin C. They are very characteristic. Our varieties of sweet orange are Navelina and Solustiana (rareripe type). And also have tangerines - Arufatina, Clemen nules, Nova (Clemen-villa) ,Nur (Hernandina). Our oranges earn farm for these magically flavour and high level quality. And our oranges are healthy and safety.

3 .- OUR GARANTIA: Our farm is examined several official inspections by the C.A.E. Every year they come to do rigorous control. The inspector examines and analyses of orange leaf of orange and soil. And when the season of harvest, they analyse again for security. Never reach any orange to a customer without the control of its corresponding field. Once our oranges harvest by hand in our farm, is carried in COFRUDECA, which is one of the first Ecological Agriculture Cooperatives in Spain and Europe. They have an exclusively establishment for organic farming, which is separated completely from conventional farming. They number and control all boxes of our oranges for identification. So we can know exact place of the farm where came from one orange. And these storehouses of organic farming are inspected weekly by an inspector of the C.A.E. Our organic sweet oranges for marmalade are this factory is certified by C.A.E. for treatment organic farming product. They control all process by computer and they identify our organic orange pulp. And now our pulps are transported to the factory of making marmalade. This factory is certified by C.C.P.A.E.(Ecological Agriculture Producto , Committee of Catalan) , because it is near by Barcelona. These factories are registered in the industrial businesses for organic farming with all a sanitary process and very strict regulation of EC control system. Our orange and our marmalade are totally identified and safety.

4.- OUR MARMALADE Our marmalade is organic farming which certify by C.C.P.A.E. Also it has European logotype which is issued by EEC. If it has European logotype, it is certified that more 95% of ingredients are organic farming. We use our organic sweet oranges wholly with peel. It is prepared with 43g of fruits per 100g of the marmalade. As we use sweet orange, it is succeeded to reduce sugar and calories. And our marmalade has special long taste. Our marmalade is hand-made , therefore it is maintained the vitamins al maximum possible. Each process is totally controlled by C.A.E. or C.C.P.A.E.

5.- OUR CONCEPT: We are fully committed to the ideals of the preservation of our natural environment everywhere, as set out in the Kyoto Agreement for the Preservation and Protection of the Earth?s Environment and the Ozone Layer. We have completely banned the use of any chemical, synthetic products, which contaminate and damage the Earth?s Environment. We think that under the Law on Environment all creatures living on Earth are equal. So our concept of organic agriculture is not only to produce security food that doesn?t contaminate, but also to be coexistence with the Nature - the human, the animals, and the plants.
