Credit limits for each approved client.
4. Fill out and send to the local Mirador International. Inc. office the following information:
The Assignment of Receivables Agreement: It is a one-time master contract signed between the Client and E.C. Corp. USA.
- The Assignment Supplement: This document is used every time a factoring operation is done to relate and assign each invoice to the transaction. It will be signed by the Client and E.C. Corp. USA.
Notification Letter:
Please send this document by fax and mail to each one of your clients, with your company
- name and logo.
Original Invoices:
Sealed and signed by your client.
- Bill of Lading E.C. Corp. USA will buy the invoices once the notification letter has been signed and accepted by your client.
